Application of the Vibrating Screen
Structure of vibrating screen (vibratory screen): The Vibrating screen (vibratory screen) is mainly made up of the screening body, vibrator, suspending (or supporting) device, motor; etc. Main shaft of vibrator is driven by motor through V-belts, the centrifugal inertial force made by the uneven clog makes the screen body vibrates. The amplitude can be adjusted by changing the weight of eccentric clog on the vibrator.

Features of the Vibrating Screen
Advantages of Vibratory screen:
1. The strong vibration force reduce the chances for materials to block the screen mesh, thus the screen has a high screening efficiency and productivity.
2. Of simple structure and easy to change the screen layers.
3. Of low electricity consumption for each ton of m aterials screened.
