Introduction of High Pressure Grinding Mill
High pressure grinding mill is a new kind of grinding mill, which is invented by our company chief engineer Mr Bai yinghui, who has been engaged in the research and development of grinding mill for many years. This new patent product with high efficiency and low energy consumption opened up an epoch of the international industry pulverizing.
SBM high pressure grinding mills are mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in the industries of metallurgy, construction materials, chemical, and mining, etc. Compared with the Raymond grinder, under the function of strong pressure spring, the pressure between roller and materials can be improved by 1500KgF; the output can be improved by 10% under the same powder condition. SBM high pressure grinding mills can produce powder from various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluoride, Xircom etc. The sizes of powder can be controlled ranging from 80 to 480 meshes, the minimum size can reach 1000 meshes. By being equipped particular parts, the High pressure mill can produce thick powders ranging from 30 to 80 meshes and output will be higher.

3. High pressure suspension grinding mill’s dust-removing effect fully meets the national dust discharge standard.
4. The grinding machine adopts a superposition multi-grade sealing with good sealing performance.
5. Compared with the common Raymond grinding mill under the same power conditions, the capacity of high pressure grinding mill can be increased by 10%-20%, and compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kgf under the force of high-pressure spring.
6. The final product size ranges from the maximum particle diameter of 0.95mm (20mesh) to the finest diameter of 0.038mm (400 mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
